This website is operated by Blue Horizon Consulting GP, trading as True Signal Coaching.

- Booking information — name, email address, scheduling preferences and any pre-session notes submitted when you book a discovery call via Cal.com. Any answers to booking questions are shared via email confirmation only and are not stored in calendar entries, in order to protect your privacy
- Communications — the content of any messages you send us
- Usage data — basic analytics data such as pages visited, if analytics tools are in use
3. How we use your data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiries and provide information about our services
- To schedule and manage discovery calls and coaching sessions
- To fulfil our contractual obligations if you become a client
- To send service-related communications relevant to your engagement
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.
4. Legal basis for processing

5. Coaching session confidentiality
All information shared within coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics. Session content, notes and progress information are never shared with third parties — including any organisation sponsoring the coaching — without your explicit written consent.
The only exception is a situation involving genuine risk to safety, which would be discussed with you directly.
6. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services which may process your data on our behalf:

7. Data retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:
- Enquiry data — up to 12 months if no coaching engagement follows
- Client data — for the duration of the coaching engagement plus 3 years, in line with standard professional practice and legal obligations
- Financial records — 7 years in accordance with Greek and EU tax law
8. Your rights under GDPR
As a resident of the EU or EEA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — to request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — to request deletion of your data where there is no legitimate reason to retain it
- Right to restrict processing — to request that we limit how we use your data
- Right to data portability — to receive your data in a portable format
- Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Right to withdraw consent — at any time where processing is based on consent
